Working life at StepChange

A typical work week takes place at the customer site but can also involve some preparation work from the office. StepChange focuses on a collaborative work approach with the client. Large parts of our project work include workshop series, interviews, observations, analytics, validation and feedback loops with the customer. At later stages, we shape and tailor the strategies and solutions with the client that also involves know-how transfer from our side. As a project manager, I lead a project team of two to three employees for a project duration ranging from one to nine months.

Working life at StepChange
